Notice Required:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% of the session cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% of the session cost.
Missed Appointments (No Shows):
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify me, the full cost of the session will be charged.

You will be required to fill out a brief health questionnaire before your session.
COVID-19 Precautions:
The clinic follows all local health authority guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including enhanced cleaning protocols and therapist protective gear where required.

SP Movement gift vouchers are the perfect way to share the benefits of sports therapy with friends and family. Please review the following terms regarding their use.
Purchasing:

Vouchers are available for specific treatments or in set monetary values.
Redemption:
Vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part towards any service offered at SP Movement.
To redeem a voucher, please provide the voucher code at the time of booking.
Expiry:
All vouchers are valid until February 12th 2025.
Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
